Ideal for models designed for presentation / prototyping / layout in order to evaluate the design, which should not be functional or exposed to stress, humidity or heat. The final product is heavy and fragile, similar to porcelain. The final product is hard and slightly brittle similar to porcelain, so is fragile (please be careful when handling). The surface has a sandy, granular finish due to the powder-based technology. This material allows maximum design freedom as it does not require additional support material.

Minimum Wall Thickness

2 – 3 mm
The wall thickness should be at least 3 mm. For short (<1 cm) walls 2 mm is sufficient.

Minimum Clearance

0.1 mm
The recommended clearance between two moving parts is least 1 mm between the parts.

0.5 mm 
The recommended minimum depth of details raised/embossed text is at least 0.5 mm.

Minimum Hole Diameter

1.5 – 2 mm
2.5 mm minimum diameter size for a single escape holes.
1.5 mm minimum diameter for multiple escape holes. Escape holes are necessary to remove unsintered powder.
